Cooking Classes

By cooking for yourself, you can ensure that you and your family eat fresh & wholesome meals. This can help you to look and feel healthier, boost your energy, stabilize your weight and mood, and improve your sleep and resilience to stress.

Studies show that cooking is an act of stress relief. It reduces negative thinking and builds confidence. When you cook, your focus goes on the recipe steps, and you have no time for negative thoughts.

– The class will last from 2 to 2 and a half hours.

– Many recipes will be taught with a clear explanation about the method of preparation.

– The theme of the class will be discussed and set according to your request. For example keto, paleo, low carb, high fat etc…….

– Lots of tips and techniques will be given during the class on how to cook healthy and super yummy food.
