What is Face Yoga?

 Face yoga is a series of facial and posture exercises that work by training face muscles, toning and firming the skin and reducing signs of aging. It also releases any tension in the face muscles which might cause asymmetry. By strengthening the muscles and engaging them in resistance training, you can help your body increase circulation and blood flow to the skin. By doing this practice the blood will carry the oxygen and nutrients to the face resulting in having a younger look and a glowing skin.

About My Practice

During the workshops, I will acquaint you with all parts of Face Yoga so you could undoubtedly incorporate them into your everyday schedule. 

Exercise and workshops will be tailored to the group or individual needs and worries.

You will be learning the role of the diet, the importance of drinking water, morning and evening routines, meditation, & deep breathing.

Individual Sessions

Take the best consideration of your face by booking an individual meeting of an hour. The individual meeting is done by Zoom or other platforms depending upon your need. In addition, all sessions are recorded and will be sent to you after each session.

Group Workshops

Do you wish to have a fun time in a group with friends or like-minded people? Then group lessons are just for you. All together we ensure you are doing the correct poses and that you stay motivated.
